Shipping policy

All orders placed through luxecarethailand.com are subject to the following shipping terms and conditions:

Free shipping within Thailand.
Products will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving and successfully verifying payment on a business day.
As a standard shipping practice, Luxecare Aesthetics Co., Ltd. utilizes Kerry Express; however, customers may request to change the shipping provider to Thailand Post.
After dispatch, the company will notify the customer of the tracking number through the channel the customer used to contact us.
Adding product shipping insurance is at the customer's expense, with a maximum coverage limit of 50,000 THB available. Insurance fees depend on the shipping provider, and the customer must notify the company of the insurance addition prior to making payment for the product.
By default, the shipping provider includes insurance coverage up to 2,000 THB.
In the event of any complications or unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in product and parcel delivery on the part of the company, the company will notify the customer within 24 hours.
The company's regular business hours for shipping operations are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays and public holidays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery to the customer takes approximately 24–48 hours for the Bangkok metropolitan area and approximately 24–76 hours for provincial areas, counting from the time the company notifies the customer of the shipment.
To check the tracking number, customers can track it directly on the website of the respective shipping service provider.
